Knotty and Nice Winnipesaukee Waterfront Cottage Sleeps 6

This well-maintained Winnipesaukee waterfront cottage has everything you need to enjoy your stay here at the lake. Enjoy the views of the lake and the brilliant sunsets from either the screened-in porch or the private sandy beach at the water's edge. One side of the point has easy access to a small sandy beach. There is deep-water docking for up to a 24' boat, a patio at the water's edge and a swim raft for some real lake fun.

This cottage offers one level living with three bedrooms and sleeping for up to 6 people max. The primary bedroom offers a queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom is outfitted with a twin bunk bed and the 3rd bedroom has a pyramid style bunk bed set-up with a twin bed over a full-size bed. There is one spacious bathroom with a shower stall, no bathtub.

Comfortable, classic camp style furnishings, knotty pine wood and paneling throughout with ample room in the living and kitchen area for cooking, gathering or playing games that bring back the meaning of "being at the lake".

When the sun goes down relax watching the boats come in and out of Ambrose Cove Marina while appreciating the majestic views towards the notable Red Hill. Most importantly, be sure to listen for the loons, you may hear them "welcoming you back".

If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $125.00, Towel packages are $12.00 per person. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.
