Built in 2023, this beautiful home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and is situated directly across the street from the beautiful Orton Shores South Beach on Lake Winnipesaukee (shared by approximately 16 other homes). This custom built home features a large deck on the main level looking out to the lake and a private deck off the primary bedroom for relaxing in solitude as you gaze down to the water. Imagine waking up in the morning and moseying down to the water; beach chair in hand and sunscreen in carry-bag along with a good book - or gossip magazine, we don't judge. There you'll spend your morning alternating between relaxing and jumping in to cool off on a hot summer's day. When you're ready for lunch, it's just a stroll back across the private road to the house where the grill is waiting for you to prepare a round of burgers and dogs to fuel up for your afternoon of fun. Head back down to the beach after lunch or explore all the Lakes Region has to offer. Maybe a game of golf or mini-golf or perhaps a nice hike or some antiquing. A visit to the Squam Lakes Nature Center or Castle In the Clouds or a lake cruise makes a great day outing. After your day of fun, enjoy an evening of reconnecting around the camp-fire while indulging in some yummy s'mores. At bed-time, you'll find the kids gathering in the bunk room for some late night tall tales and belly laughs. These are the times that will be reminisced about for years to come. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $175. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.
