  • AVAILABLE JUNE WEEKS AT A REDUCED RATE! This lovely, warm and inviting home rests on a huge lot with rolling lawns and incredible views! Relax on the screen porch or deck and take in the nature around you while you sip your morning coffee or enjoy your evening barbecue (you're almost sure to see some deer frolicking in the trees). The home offers plenty of space with a game room featuring a pool table, a queen murphy bed and its own private 3/4 bath as well as room with a queen bed and 2 roll-away beds in addition to the upstairs 3 bedrooms. Central A/C, Wireless internet, cable TV included. Just a 2 minute drive brings you to the Town Beach at Long Island (a parking pass is included) where you can stretch out with your blanket and catch up on your reading or make a splash and cool off. You also get use of the private Leeward Shores beach just down the road (the docks and moorings are strictly off limits). Active-duty military discount of $250.00.
    LINENS: Please note: Sheets and towels are not included with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $200. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.
    Parking for 4 cars.
    Please note: Amenities and furnishings can change at any time without notice. At Owner discretion, exterior cameras may be in place now or in the future.

Plenty of room with a view

Great property. Was great for are party of 7 adults without feeling you where on top of each other. The location could not have been better for us to enjoy a wedding on Sandy Island. Overall a great, wonderfull and joyable stay.

The grandchildren loved the assortment of board games, the pool table and the view of the mountains and some of the lake.

The kids enjoyed the pool table in the basement. The house is a little far from most attractions but it's fine once you get used to it. There is a great mountain view in the back of the house. Overall, wonderful stay!

We loved sitting outdoors on the deck reading our books. Family members had their rental property on the lake, so we were able to use their beach verses the nearby Long Island Beach. We loved the view of the mountains from this home.

We moved out of New England to Florida this past spring but will continue to go back up north with our family in the coming summers. The property is exactly what we want. Plenty of room for us. We use the public beach, it is a short car ride, we pack our chairs, lunches etc & spend the days there. Looking forward to next summer!!!
