Spacious houses in Normandy, aux Alpes Mancelles

Relax in this quiet, elegant space in the heart of the Alpes Mancelles. The two houses can be rented individually or together. Whether you’re planning a family gathering or a party with friends, this is the ideal place to get together and enjoy the space. Everyone will be able to relax, dine, or enjoy themselves in peace and quiet. Located on the ground, first, and second floors, the rooms are bathed in light, and the view of the Alpes Mancelles is both charming and delightful. The special attention paid to the quality of the beds makes this cozy retreat a haven of peace. From here, exploring the Alpes Mancelles is a pleasure—it’s right at your doorstep, and there are plenty of options to choose from.
In the larger house, there are 4 bedrooms and a spacious game room with extra beds to accommodate up to 15 people. The other house features 3 bedrooms and a landing, accommodating 8 people in total.
The kitchens are fully equipped, with a pantry in the large cottage that includes 2 large refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, and a stovetop, among other appliances. The other house has a full kitchen.
The two houses have two full bathrooms, and each has an additional toilet.
Outside, the property spans over 4,000 square meters and features a pond, gazebo, sandbox, tables, umbrellas, lounge chairs, hammocks, and a large garden sofa. During the cold season, heating and firewood are charged separately. There are 2 folding cribs and 2 infant beds.
Please contact us if you wish to rent only one house. The price for both houses is for 18 people, including linens. You can add guests up to 23 for 12 euros per person per night, and 12 euros for linens per person per stay. Pets are allowed only in the large house for a fee.
There is a security deposit of 1,600 euros.
In a few months, we will have a third house on the property to accommodate more than 30 people.
