"The amenities are superb! We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back. 2 things that need to improve though, the shuttle bus which brings us to our accommodation, can it be more frequently(its running every 30mins and always full). Another thing is the waiting tent for the shuttle bus, can it be covered rather than just a tent. It was so windy all throughout our stay and everybody are so cold."

"practical as described by its name -"smart". Clean and fit our budget. We realized it is quite far out from all the tourist attractions but we went ahead with this place anyway as we saw that it is right by the train station. However, the commute is quite limited as there is only one train line. we were fine dealing with the transferring to different stations until there were issues with trains schedule and maintenance on some of the days, and that became inconvenient. "Unlike many short term rental flats in the area, our flat at TheGraf was modern, clean, and immaculately presented. My only gripe was the lack of a late checkout option, but I do understand why that may be the case given there are no staff on site - independent contractors likely need to clean all flats over a short period between check-out and check-in instead. Overall had a great stay at TheGraf."

"Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich, man hat sich überall sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Weg zum See war kurz und gemütlich. Die Sauna war direkt am Bungalow dran und war mehr als gemütlich gewesen. Der Empfang war herzlich und freundlich, sowie auch die Verabschiedung. Wir hatten zwei sehr gemütliche Nächte und können es nur empfehlen."

"Telefonisch leider niemand erreichbar. Die FAQs sind halt manchmal nicht ausreichend. Es wird an Personal, also am falschen Ende, gespart. Pfingstsonntag war leider nur die reguläre Öffnungszeit für Amazonia und die Rutschtürme. Leider schließen die Attraktionen zur selben Zeit, was lieber zeitversetzt erfolgen sollte. Ansonsten Campingplatz sehr gut und Anbindung auch."

"Nena Appartment was perfect for my business trip to Berlin! Small kitchen, laundry and good living space (I booked a studio). Everything I needed was accessible by walking distance and the subway Hermannplatz is 2 minutes of walk and afterwards, less than 20 min from major tourist attractions. My only negative comments is that the area is quite noisy up until late in the evening (lots of ambulance trips!). Other than that, it was excellent!"
