Important: According to Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain must register each guest and send this information to the authorities. Therefore, before entering the property, it will be necessary to complete a form with visitor information.

A security deposit is required and will be charged before the start of the stay. This amount will be automatically and fully refunded within 24 to 72 hours after departure, provided that no damage or issues are detected in the property.



During your stay, it is possible that you may hear noise caused by construction work on a plot adjacent to the building, mainly during working hours.
