"My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to...

"La caravana tanto el exterior como el interior estaba sucia. Moví una cama para juntarla con otra y había pañuelos y suciedad debajo de las camas. El edredón tenía una mancha marrón. La limpieza en general era deficiente. En cuanto a las camas, muy malas e incómodas, se hundían, no dormimos bien. Tampoco nos dejó en la caravana sábanas, ni toallas ni productos de aseo, como gel, champú y papel higiénico, lo cual se agradecería al venir de viaje. No repetiría."

"Sorry to say, I had a worst experience ever in this property. Right from locating the property to getting into onwards. No sign board with the name of the property, no staff at the reception, getting the room key itself was a big hustle.
The room was with a foul smell and not inhabitable. The bed sheet were unclean, towels old and torn, empty shower gel and hand wash bottles in bathroom, no provision of kettle or tea bags in the room etc etc. I couldn't spend hardly 2 hours in the property and...

"Prior to our arriving we had some queries regarding the parking and the staff on the phone were very helpful and friendly.
As we arrived early one of the domestic team was there to let us drop our cases off early.
The apartment building was stunning outside and very nice and clean inside.
The apartment was perfect for our stay. Clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable.
We will absolutely be back to stay when we return to this amazing city.
Happy to recommend."
