  • The blue marlin is a newly renovated beach house on the silver sands of tar bay , with its new heated swimming pool it makes Blue Marlin one of the few properties that boasts all its many amenities making it the perfect get away for all .
    The blue marlin house has 4 large bedrooms one of which is situated in our new pool house all have ocean views and ensuite bathrooms, the kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast bar and dining area that is all open plan into or sitting area with large patio door overlooking the breath taking views of the ocean .
    Along with the new swimming pool . Blue Marlin is directly on the beach and has an array of kayaks and paddle boards for you too enjoy on the 2 mile stretch of ocean , we have an outside bar and grill area to enjoy the beautiful sunset .Then if you wish to have a break from the beautiful outdoor we have a 75inch wall mounted television with all sports and movie channels along with 5G wifi .

    The blue marlin house is perfectly situated 5 miles from the airport where car hire is available and 2 miles from the local delicatesse and pharmacy, local liquor store. Our amazing concierge services will help make your stay that little bit more personal to you, taking the stress out of any day trips you make wish to take to explore the islands amazing scenery including the sand bars, hide a ways and the most amazing snorkelling as the beauty is not just above the ocean , swimming pigs and much more . You will be met at the airport where you can collect your hire car or taxi (our concierge lady can arrange this prior to your arrival ) and she will escort you to the house and given a full walk though if you need anything during your stay we are always at the end of the phone and have a fantastic team that can help with anything to make it a trip of a life time .

Clean home, well equipped kitchen, beach chairs, lots of beach/pool towels, 2 coolers, grill w/ propane, steps from a beautiful beach. We had a great time at this property. Host was very responsive. Would rent this property again.

The Blue Marlin house was amazing! The pool and pool deck were where we spent all of our time. Sitting in that pool and watching the ocean has to be the best view in Exuma. The owner was very attentive and responsive to our every need. Since we had a 1 year old traveling with us they arranged to have a high chair and a pack n' play, which made the stay much easier for our family. The location of the house is near everything which was very convenient. I can't recommend this property enough. We are already talking about when we can go back and we will definitely stay at Blue Marlin.

This home was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, incredibly spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home.The location couldn’t have been better! Right on the beach with stunning views and centrally located on the island, making it easy to explore everything Exuma has to offer. The heated pool was such a treat, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a full day.We truly loved our stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

Exactly What We Wanted

We have been to Exuma multiple times.... this was by far the best pool we have had. The hot tub was amazing to warm up in on the "cooler" days (January). Only minutes from the airport and centrally located on the island. We would highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation

Amazing house for our party of 9! It had everything we needed and sat on the beautiful beach of tar bay. This family has thought of everything to make your stay fun and the teenagers loved the pool! We will definitely be back and stay here! Excellent communication from the owners and the concierge. Thank you for a great place to vacation!

Excellent location. Step out the back door to the pool and only a few more steps directly onto the beach. Crystal clear water and beautiful white sand. Each bedroom with a private bathroom. Outdoor BBQ grill. Full size washer & dryer.

Fantastic

Great house, great location...Had a couple windy days, so the heated pool and hot tub came in clutch!!! Been to Exuma multiple times and this house would certainly be at the top of our list when we return! Thank you to the owners and host Ayana for making everything easy and effortless!

Wonderful spot for family vacation!

Blue Marlin is wonderful: great location, wonderful beach and outdoor space, very roomy and clean. Home is just as you see online. Ayana was very helpful and secured a car and a boat for our stay of 7 days. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE!!!! We had an amazing week long stay at The Blue Marlin. The property is absolutely perfect and set up well for adults and kids. The property manager was very responsive about multiple questions we had. The property owner also checked in on us and was very helpful to allow us a late checkout. If you are searching for the perfect home in Exuma, look no further than The Blue Marlin!!!

Another great stay

This was our third stay at Blue Marlin and it was as expected...amazing. We keep coming back to this property because the house is great, the pool, the location right on the beach and easy access to the airport, Georgetown and all of the restaurants/bars. We had two families and it was great for adults as well as kids. We will certainly be coming back again in the next couple of years.

Great house!

The blue marlin was perfect for our family and our close friends! The house was equipped with everything we needed. Ayana the manager was prompt to emails and questions. The beach was beautiful and pool/hot tub very clean. We will be booking again!

We shall return! Awesome!

The setting is AMAZING! Gorgeous beach and pool. The house was perfectly set up to accommodate 8-10 guests at a time. Jane and Nigel were excellent hosts and wanted to be sure that we had the best experience, and they succeeded! We rented for a month and were really able to get into the island life style. If we return to Exuma this would still be the perfect spot to spend time in again!

Exuma Girls Trip

This house was amazing!! View is beautiful! Close to the airport and restaurants. Georgetown is just a short drive away. Enough room for everyone to sit and eat together or hang out on the deck and enjoy the view. Lots of beach toys, floats and towels. Sand is just steps away. Would definitely stay here again!!

Blue Marlin Beach Oasis Treasure

First trip to Exuma and Jane and Nigel from Blue Marlin did not disappoint Jane and her family were very accommodating and quick to respond to all of our questions and made for a very stress free unforgettable stay in Exuma. Spectacular beach house with all the amenities to make for an incredibly fabulous vacation. Great location, beautiful white sandy beachfront, spectacular sunrises, lovely outdoor space with a warm welcoming interior finish with all the fixings. Beautiful pool, beach facing hot tub, toes in the sand and a drink in our hand was a fabulous way to spend the week ; life is good Definitely a redo for our group of travelling friends and family Jane & Nigel you have a amazing piece of paradise, thank you for sharing 🫶

Stellar ocean view

Stunning ocean view & easy access onto beautiful beach. Water toys including kayaks & paddle boards. House with 3 bedrooms & private baths with a bonus pool suite fit our extended family of 7 perfectly. Ample kitchen space but would have benefitted by having a few staples like cooking oil. Minor maintenance issues (door handles, lock on pool house, hot tub water).

Overall, this property was outstanding. We’ve stayed on Tar Bay multiple times in many different houses. This house stood out above the others because of the pool and hot tub option, which we used everyday. The beach is beautiful, the house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool house was perfect for the couple that wanted a little extra separation with a gorgeous beach view and ocean wave acoustics for sleeping/napping. Beds were extremely comfortable and A/C worked great! You have your own personal reef about 50 yards down the beach as an added bonus! Great for snorkeling out to see the colorful fish/sea turtles/barracuda. We would definitely stay here again. Exuma never disappoints!!! See you next year!!

Absolutely amazing

We’ve just come back from a trip of a lifetime. Blue Marlin was a fabulous home for our friends and family. You absolutely can not have a better location. The bluest water you’ll ever see! We loved having the pool for when the water was a bit rough, especially for the kids. All of the beds are comfortable. Ayana was wonderful and helped us whenever we needed it. And the owners were excellent at responding whenever we reached out. I hope to come back!
