"I recently stayed at Four Seasons by Sheraton Lahore and had a pleasant overall experience. The staff were exceptionally professional, attentive, and made the stay comfortable from check-in to departure. Their service stood out as one of the highlights of the visit. "Things I liked: Location of hotel; Mall Road. Quality of service (staff) was good; courteous staff. Room was clean. Airport pickup and drop service was efficient. Good WiFi connection in the room. TV: Many channels/choices. Weaknesses/Needed improvements: Room was not ready regarding water bottles; fruit tray, few bathroom items, etc. Dated/old furniture in the room; spots on chairs and sofa; needed thorough cleaning. Old carpet in the room; will require replacement. AC thermostat, not properly...

"Asked for non smoking room but they put me in smoking room with ashtray in it. Woke me up in middle of night at 4 am moving tables on first floor complained to receptionist, replied we are setting up tables for breakfast. Spider 🕷️ was running around on floor. Lots of noise coming from restaurant. Breakfast: left over from last night, stale bread, not covered."

"It was because of number of reasons. Burnt furniture, constant fluctuation of light. Partially equipped kitchen. Completely not the value for money. "
