"I cannot recommend this place enough. The views were phenomenal and I believe every room faces the water and has a terrace. The space was amazing, clean, aesthetic. The amenities were amazing (good coffee, jeju tangerines, bath salt) and the hotel breakfast (both korean and american) were delicious. The staff went out of their way to cater to our every need. I am traveling with my elderly korean mother and she loved it as well. I want to come back with my husband. It’s great as a

"Unfortunately, our stay here was very disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, and the overall condition of the hotel was much worse than we expected from the photos and description online. We found several areas that were dirty and clearly had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival.
Another major issue is that the hotel listing is very misleading. They use beautiful photos of nearby attractions and scenic areas in a way that makes it appear as though these places or views are...

"The room was spacious with a big tub in an enclosed balcony. We were on the 3rd floor so the view was not very good but can still the ocean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the communal dryer was not working properly. After 2 hours of drying the clothes were still damp. Please make sure dryer is working properly before washing your clothes.
The hotel is close to the waterfalls, cliff and walking bridge. You do need a car to get around. Driving is easy."
