Cute brand new studio in a peaceful neighborhood!

The unit has everything you need - a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, a king sized bed, and even an outdoor patio with four adirondack chairs and a propane fire pit! The cottage sits in an absolutely beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. Come see what all of our guests have been raving about and enjoy the coziest in Moscow - we're excited to host you!

The space
Kitchen:
Fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, knives, plates/platters, and basic spices. You'll have both a Keurig and a French Press (beans and grinder provided), so you'll be sure to have a great cup of coffee each morning :). Filtered water on tap, and a full sink, with a drying rack. You'll also have a toaster oven and a electric stovetop for any cooking.

Dining:
We have a dining table which seats up to 4 (it seats 2 comfortably in the dining nook, or you can pull it out a few feet and seat a larger group). Salt and pepper provided :)

Living Room:
Love seat which converts to a twin pull out bed for any extra guests. 43 inch smart TV on a pivot arm (so you can pull it out to face the bed if you'd like), with a great sound bar. You can use netflix, or connect any of your other streaming services!

Bedroom:
King sized bed, charging dock provided on a bedside table for all of your devices.

Bathroom/Laundry:
Fully stocked bathroom with a stack washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs.

Outdoor Patio:
Fenced in patio area with four Adirondack chairs (or you and your friends :). You'll also have a propane firepit - you can leave the cover on the firepit and it also functions as a table.

Guest access
You'll have access to the whole unit and the patio, with your own entrance.

Stayed here while my daughter was visiting the college. It was a perfect little place! Close to everything. Owners were easy to communicate with and made it easy to find. They also had some great restaurants recommendations.

Relaxing visit

I was blessed to stay at the Cozy Cottage in Moscow. Attention to detail was amazing and everything was very organized. The welcome basket and amenities were amazing. Played some rounds of Cribbage when my son came to visit and that was fun. If the weather had cooperated, I would have definitely made use of the fire pit outside. Thank you for a splendid place to stay.

The little apartment was delightful, the bed and the bedding excellent, the kitchen stocked with pretty and useful dishes, pots and pans. There was a water filter, plenty of towels and such and the fridge made no noise at all. All together lovely.

Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Val and Jon's cozy cottage. This little gem is located on a quiet residential street, about a 15 minute walk from town. It was clean, tastefully decorated and well-stocked with so many lovely little amenities. I highly recommend this perfect little property for anyone visiting Moscow.

Very Cozy

The Cozy Cottage was clean, comfortable, and very cute ! We so appreciated the snacks and waters….. especially because we arrived very late after a football game and had a hungry teen with us! Thanks for the hospitality!

Go Coug’s

Came to watch the Coug’s whip up on Texas Tech. Adorable little cottage is in a quiet location just a tiny drive to downtown. My hubby was impressed with the thoughtfulness and kept proclaiming “they thought of everything “. Overall just a wonderful experience!!

Thank you so much for the stay! Such a cute little cottage with all the amenities! Perfect size for 1-2 people. Snacks and beverages were stocked, as well as feminine products, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There were also two fluffy robes and slippers. Bed was comfortable and place was clean. Washer and dryer on site. Only one tip - maybe add a notebook and pen for notetaking. I will definitely be back when in Moscow! Great place!

Best VRBO yet!

This is the cutest little house! . We stayed just one night but it was perfect! They provided everything we needed. They honestly thought of everything and just nailed what it should be. I was breastfeeding our son and I needed ice for my milk thermos and they had ice! The coffee was great and they provided creamer! The bed was very comfortable and we had a really great night sleep, and with 4 kids, one being a newborn, we really needed it. Everything was very clean, decorated nicely. The towels were soft! They had a phone charger with different adapter plugs. We come out to Moscow once a year, and definitely want to stay here again.

Cozy little get away

The rental was cozy and clean. It had everything you could need, including warm, plush robes and slippers. The hosts were communicative, responsive and provided great recommendations for local eateries and entertainment. Definitely would stay here again if we were in the area.

Perfect cottage in a great location!

The Cozy Cottage was perfect for our extended stay. It was perfectly located in Moscow and provided a very charming cottage feel. The hosts were amazing and very responsive. We were very surprised with all the extra touches provided including welcome snacks, coffee and tea choices, bathroom supplies, laundry soap, etc. The cottage was very clean and has a modern fresh design. Would recommend this to anyone staying in the Moscow/Pullman areas.

A slice of heaven in Moscow

This was a fantastic stay! I can’t begin to do this experience justice, but I’ll try. From the moment we walked in, we knew we chose wisely. Every detail felt like it was carefully thought out and placed with love. A welcome basket full of good snacks, a choice of fresh ground coffee with French press or a kreuig, whichever you like! FULLY stocked kitchen including spices, oil, creamers and sparkling water. The kitchen blew us away. King bed with soft linens and so comfortable, we did not want to get out of bed each morning. The TV turns so you can watch from bed… adding to us wanting to just chill out each morning The bathroom is perfect size and two terry cloth robes with slippers! Thoughtful touch! The location is great! We walked to the historic downtown for breakfast at the Breakfast Club, then walked the trail to the university and explored. Dinner at Lodgepole is a must! As well as a nightcap at the Whiskey bar across the road from Lodgepole. The owners were great! There if needed but not intrusive. We loved seeing the whole family in the yard and saying hello. They’ve created an amazing place! Book here, you’ll love it!!!
