"Very disappointing check-in experience. We received no access code or clear self-check-in instructions before arrival and were left outside for almost an hour with our young child. We repeatedly called and messaged the property via WhatsApp, but received no response. Even Expedia tried to contact the property for us. When someone finally answered, instead of apologising or helping calmly, he blamed me for not providing an exact arrival time and spoke to me in a very rude and confrontational...
