Cocoonr offers this 19 m² flat for rent in the village of Morillon (700 m altitude). It has a mountain view, is within walking distance of the ski resort and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A living room with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen with appliances including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area in the entrance hall with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Outside:
- A 5 m² north-facing balcony with mountain views, so you can enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in the village of Morillon, in very pleasant surroundings. Shops such as a butcher's, mini-market and restaurants are close by.
The village centre is just 400 m away, with a chemist, bakery, newsagent and hotel restaurant-bar.

Activities :
- the Lac Bleu with a range of activities (supervised swimming, tree climbing, tennis, horse riding)
- Rafting on the Giffre, hiking, mountain biking, trail running, etc.
- Access to the ski slopes via the cable cars, which are accessible on foot. For more information, visit the Grand Massif website
- Visits to nearby villages (Samoëns 5 km away, Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval 15 km away)
- Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 45 km, Yvoire 60 km and Annecy 70 km away.

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Shuttle bus stop at the bottom of the flat to Samoëns or Cluses
- Cluses train station 20 minutes away, depending on traffic
- Geneva airport about 1h30 away
