Joe and Family are great hosts. Murph’s landing is ideal for walking to football games, Varsity club (best wings in town) and feeling a part of Morgantown.

The hosts were genuinely kind and considerate; we felt welcome even before we arrived. The home itself is perfect, with the finest details taken into consideration. From holiday decorations to supplies for pet owners, every measure was taken to ensure it was a great experience. Clean, comfortable and great central location--we will definitely rebook in the future!

“Murphy Landing” was the ideal place to stay while in Morgantown. It exceeded expectations. The kitchen was equipped with everything including crock pots, serving platters, and up to date appliances. We enjoyed the front porch and had a barbecue in the back yard. Close to WVU campus and downtown. We spent a long weekend to celebrate our son’s graduation with family. Just pack your clothes and enjoy all this house has to offer.

Great home with subtle Disney touches!

The house was so inviting and very nicely decorated. The host was very attentive to us and was readily available when needed. I highly recommend this home for anyone needing a stay in Morgantown!

Fantastic Location and Host!

What a great spot! Love the location and decor of this house. Joe was a great host and very prompt to reply and easy to communicate with. This house worked as a great home base for us while we were visiting our daughter at college.

We were in town for business and this house is exactly what we needed at the end of long days. Joe and Karen were very kind in their actions and words. Could not have picked a better place for this event.

Murph Landing

Enjoyed our stay! Very clean, well cared for property with easy access to WVU. We appreciated that the owners labeled everything and provided the little things (well equipped kitchen, coffee, shampoo, washer and dryer, etc )to make our stay comfortable. Best part it is that we could bring our pups to visit with their brother who attends WVU! We will definitely stay there again!

Everything you need and more!

Absolutely a great comfortable home! The owners have added so many extras to make it feel like you are home! Attention to detail earns an A+! The owners are beyond accommodating and very nice to work with. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Another stay at the Murph

Stayed at the Murph, again. Super easy check in and out processes. Very homey feel. My pup enjoys the fenced in back yard and play area. Haven't experienced any issues with either of my 2 stays. Definitely would recommend this place to stay.

The House and Property Manager were Great

The House was amazing and spacious. The Property Manager was easy to communicate with. The house was in great distance for us since we were moving our son into college at West Virginia University. We would definitely stay there again.

Sweet Morgantown house in a convenient locagtion

The house is in excellent condition, well-maintained, clean and very thoroughly organized and clearly labeled. Fans of WV football will especially love staying here: it was owned by a beloved former cameraman for WVU games, and there are many tributes to him throughout. The place is dog friendly, has pleasant outdoor space and is very comfortable.
