  • Casa privada frente al lago con muelle en 5 minutos a la interestatal y menos de 45 minutos a Asheville. Esta gran casa será perfecta para toda la familia / grupo. Aún mejor, esta casa es ideal para todas las edades, ya que es accesible para discapacitados y tiene un lote casi plano al lago. El piso principal cuenta con un gran maestro con baño privado. 2do dormitorio al lado del baño del pasillo. Se proporcionan sábanas, toallas no. Amplia y abierta cocina, comedor y sala de estar. Arriba hay una gran área de loft con 2 juegos de literas y 4 camas individuales. En la planta baja, disfrute de la guarida y del bar completo y asientos para 6. También una mesa de billar, muchos asientos, dormitorio y baño completo. Al aire libre, disfrute de la vista completa del lago en la cubierta trasera completa, que está parcialmente cubierta y tiene capacidad para 10 comensales. Patio vertido en líneas de sótano con más asientos. Hermoso paisaje y pozo de fuego. Agujero de maíz. Los juguetes del lago incluirán canoa, tabla de remo, una variedad de flotadores y 1 kayak para 2 personas.

This is a great place to stay on Lake James. Excellent location and quiet cove. This is our second year staying here and it’s perfect for our family.

The home offers everything. Nicely kept and a exceptionally well stocked kitchen. Beautiful landscaping ,easy walk to the dock and swimming. Fishing seems to be the challenge. Our host Marianne was exception. Any question was immediately answered with much help.Will be renting again next year.

This lake house was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed—as if we were being invited into a cherished family home rather than a rental property. You can immediately feel the warmth, love, and memories that have been made here over the years.The location is ideal, situated in a peaceful cove that was perfect for fishing and enjoying the lake. The home was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable weekend, making it easy to settle in and focus on spending quality time together.Whether you’re looking to fish, unwind by the water, or simply enjoy a family retreat, this property delivers. We made wonderful memories here and would not hesitate to book again. Highly recommend!

This is the fourth year my family stayed in this house. Age ranges from 17 to 83 and we all love it! It is perfect for families and is in a great cove for swimming. We’ll be back!

Wonderful!

We all loved this property. Plenty of room for all 14 of us. We found a hiking trail just down the street. The view of the lake was beautiful.

Family Fun

Great trip for our family ages 75-5. Kids loved the game room. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful view of the lake. We will be back.

The Perfect Lake James House

This is the perfect house for a family vacation on Lake James. The kitchen is well equipped. The top floor is perfect for a group of kids. We all loved the bottom floor pool table and record player. The dock it great to swim from and it located in a peaceful cove. This is our 3rd time staying here and plan to return every year.

We were there during the off-season. The view out to the lake was nice. The house is older and in need of some continued updates. Some things had been updated recently, but others still needed considerable work. There was also an unpleasant smell in the house because it hadn't been used in a while. The house was clean, and the beds were fresh and comfortable.

Lake James Retreat

Location exceptional and property is outstanding. Kitchen was well equipped, and beds were comfortable. Minor concerns about cleanliness and condition of stereo equipment. People with mobility issues need to be careful when using walkway to lake. Overall loved the experience.

Family summer vacation

We’ve always wanted to visit Lake James & it is a beautiful mountain lake. The home suited our needs well. Plenty of room to spread out. Loved the three decks. Thoughtful kitchen items, well stocked & organized. Wonderful landscaping. Boat dock was a little closer to neighbors than I prefer. All in all a great house for groups to enjoy.

Lake trip 2023

Location is perfect. Older home with dated decor. It is def a family home with lots of mementos everywhere. My son loved the records and pool table. Nice sloped walk to dock. Kitchen is well stocked and beds were comfortable except for Queen. It had a def roll in middle.still gave 5 stars because location is perfect, had paddle boards, and no steep walk to dock.

Well Equiped Large Lake House

We have never stayed at a property that had as much supplies as this one. So well equipped it was like home away from home. Lake area/cove is clean with excellent swimming for the kids. A little tight with neighbors docks but okay. House is large with plenty of space. The upstairs sleeping loft for kids was nice to have. House to water was not steep and easy to access.

Family vacation

We had 13 people ranging in age from 17 to 80 years old. Everyone had a bed and slept comfortably. The loft was perfect for all the “kids”. We enjoyed swimming from the dock every day!! The kayaks and paddle board were also a big hit. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals each night. We highly recommend this property, it’s quiet and the view was amazing!!!
