Walking in the front door, your eyes are drawn to the back deck overlooking the Blue Ridge Lake behind this luxury home. The living room located on the entry level offers cozy seating with a gorgeous stone gas fireplace and a 55” flat panel TV. The kitchen and dining area, which are a part of an open floor plan, also provides views of the surrounding beauty. The kitchen is equipped with great marble counter space, huge refrigerator, butcher sink and a 6-burner gas stove/oven. The kitchen is so beautiful, you may just want to spend your whole time there. The adjacent dining area offers seating for 8 with additional seating of 4 at the marble kitchen island.

The master bedroom, with its king size bed, view of the lake, deck entrance, large walk-in closet, private bathroom with double vanity sinks and shower can also be found on the entry level. Shared bathroom, mudroom, and laundry room are located on the entry level too.

On the upper level, you’ll be greeted with a loft providing a lake view, 2 single beds, 55” TV and seating for 4. On this level, you will also find a bedroom with lake view from its own private balcony, a king size bed, 55” TV, shared bathroom with double vanity and shower.

In the lower-level you’ll find a wet bar of wet bars; with island seating 3, 70” TV, butcher sink, “ice box” to keep your cold drinks even colder, dishwasher and ice maker. Looking out from the wet bar you are greeted with a 6-7 seat sectional, stone gas fireplace, 55”TV, an arcade game and deck entrance. Off the living room to your right is a bedroom with king size bed, closet, view of the lake, deck entrance and private bathroom with shower. Off the living room to your left is a bedroom with queen sized bunk bed, deck entrance and lake view. The lower level also contains a shared ½ bathroom and laundry room.

The entry level deck contains a gas grill, table for 2, stone wood-burning fireplace, 55” TV, sofa for 3 and 2 comfortable chairs. Off the entry level master bedroom are 2 lounge chairs. The lower level has a gas fire pit table, sofa and chairs seating 5 with a picnic table seating 6. From here you can make your way down to the fire pit on extra wide stone steps. A little further and you’ll find a relaxing dock.

Across the driveway is the garage’s game room which contains: foosball table, table tennis, air hockey and pub table. Above the garage is an apartment with a private entrance, 2 queen size beds, full bath and a mini refrigerator.
