The Space:
Havenview is located in Mineral Bluff, a small town, just on the outskirts of Blue Ridge. Providing easy access to Blue Ridge, Blairsville and the attractions! The cabin is accessible via all paved roads and is located just minutes from Project Chimps, a chimpanzee rescue sanctuary that offers hiking trails that are pet friendly! Appalachian Trails horseback riding is also just minutes away and sure to provide a great adventure!

The cabin is in a populated area, perched on the ridge with 3 acres, surrounded by woods, providing a very private escape. It provides a lovely mountain view, seclusion and wonderful large outdoor porch to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature!

As you enter Havenview, you will be greeted by a large living room, beautiful stone wood burning fireplace, high ceiling, new floors, reclining sofas, large screen TV and the expected cozy cabin feel with the perfect beautiful blend of rustic charm with modern comforts!

The kitchen is fully equipped, with stainless steel appliances including: dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and drip coffee/keurig combo coffee maker. There is a new dining table with seating for four, with four additional wood TV trays provided.

The main floor has two queen bedrooms, on each side of the hallway. A large bathroom is available with a shower, tub and single vanity sink. Ceiling fans are in both bedrooms and the one to the right has a flat screen TV.

The freshly painted large deck has new outdoor furniture, gas grill, rockers and great views of the mountains. The perfect place for morning coffee, to read a book, take a nap or just observe nature!

The owners also put a small fenced dog run just off the kitchen providing the perfect place to stretch their legs and explore the sights, sounds and smells of Mother Nature!

The lower level has a game room that is sure to provide great family entertainment! It has a foosball table, shuffleboard, large wall connect four and several board games. There is a flat screen TV, couch and table provided as well. They just added a separate gaming room for kids that includes a gaming chair, and play station hookup.

The lower level also features a queen bedroom, remodeled bathroom with tub/shower combo, laundry with washer/dryer and access to the fire pit.

All rooms have additional baseboard heaters for those cooler nights and ceiling fans for those that love to cuddle up in blankets.

There is a patio located off the hallway that has a swing, additional seating, small dining table and access to the fire pit where you can roast marshmallows, chat with family/friends and plan your next adventure!

The owners have put a lot of love and attention to the upgrades of this cabin and also welcome your furry family members. Dogs are limited to two with each being under 50lbs. They respectfully ask that you please crate your fur babies while away and to keep them off the beds and furniture.

HavenView is a wonderful place to gather as a family, escape the stress and just enjoy being together. So much to do, so many memories to be made!

Guest Access:
Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.

The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owners closet

The Neighborhood:
HavenView is located 13 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge in Mineral Bluff. It is just minutes from the Appalachian Trail Rides and the famous Project Chimps rescue reserve and all the other major attractions in the area.

Access to the property is via all paved roads. The driveway to the property is paved and consists of an incline typical with mountain cabins. Parking is available for up to three vehicles but more manageable with two.

Privacy:
Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owner's privacy and comply with private property signs.

Pets:
Dogs only - All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside. Poop bags and dog bowls are provided for your furry family members. The number of dogs is limited to two and each must be under 40 lbs. The owners respectfully request you crate your dog while away and to keep them off the beds and furniture.

Trash and Litter:
Trash pickup service is provided on day of departure. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time:
Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen neighbors.
