RARE "DOUBLE UNIT" BEAUTIFUL Deluxe Studio Condo just steps to the ocean!

This deluxe studio condo is located on the first floor "corner" of Bogue Shores giving you extra privacy. Spacious and beautifully decorated, featuring a living room and full kitchen with a separate bedroom that has two queen size beds and spacious full bath with walk-in shower. The living room queen size sofa bed allows for an additional guest sleeping area. There is a door between the 2 rooms for privacy. You can see the large pool from this ground floor unit and the gorgeous beach access is only a few short steps away. In addition to the sandy beaches you will also have access to the inter coastal waterway located behind the facility. You will have everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. There are grills on the property, a gazebo and a swing to sit back and relax while watching the boats cruise past. There is plenty of "grassy" area for the kids to play! You can book a day trip on one of the many charter fishing boats. Don't care for fishing but want to go island hopping? Take the water ferry to Cape Lookout or Shackleford for the day. Many local restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, parks, and other site seeing adventures await your arrival. Book your vacation today!
Please note this is a non smoking condo. Guests are not allowed to bring pets (even though we do love them!)
Please let owner know if you need extra sheets for sofa bed. Each bedspread is professionally cleaned after each guest.

A true gem!

This was an amazing suite from the location and little extra amenities available, you cannot beat this host. The communication was fast, clear and helpful both prior to and while we stayed. I would rate higher than 5 stars if possible. We will be looking to stay here again soon.

We loved this property! It's the perfect size! We were able to cook meals and enjoy them with family due to the large kitchen area. Beds were very comfortable! Loved the Pool! Very easy access to the beach. All in all a perfect 10!

Beautiful room

I would recommend this room for anyone,it was very clean and convenient for my family. It has two entrances for early risers to keep from waking up other family members.We have rented several times and we will definitely rent again.

Beach Week

We had a great time and perfect wreathed this year. The property location is perfect to go from pool to beach to bay side multiple time a a day. The double room allowed us to bring 3 kids. There was plenty of storage. Kitchen had what we needed to make meals. Hostess was responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Excellent unit and great location

Wonderfully spacious unit with everything that you could want for a beach stay. Dock for boating and fishing with beach access out the front door. Very clean and well kept! I will be back!!

Wonderful rental and location!

The property is nice, clean, and well furnished. It is also very convenient to all area attractions; access to the beach was a breeze. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is because I got injured during my trip; however, this had nothing to do with the property. It was wonderful; and I would highly recommend it to a couple or small family!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay here aside from dodging rain showers all weekend. Location was great especially as we had to adapt our plans due to the rain. Beach access right across the street, grocery store right down the road, great restaurants nearby. The aquarium was awesome. The beach music festival was fun as well. Overall we had a great stay. Thanks for allowing us to stay at this property. Only issue was the need to have the door locks repaired.....it was a constant issue trying to get the key to work in the locks.

Enjoyable vacation!

We had fun at the pool and beach in the good weather days. On the rainy days, the unit provided entertainment with kid movies. The unit was private but the ac / dehumidifier noise was a little loud. We got used to it quickly but if someone is a light sleeper maybe ask about different settings on machines.

Enjoyable vacation spot

This rare unit at Bogue Shores was the perfect spot for our getaway. The owner communicated quickly, the place was clean, and the location could not have been better. The view of the sound and the ocean just steps away made for lots to do. I will be back…maybe just me!!
