  • Un estudio privado que tiene su propia entrada. Los huéspedes disfrutan de un registro fácil con el código de seguridad en el pomo de la puerta, un refrigerador grande, un fregadero, un horno portátil, un microondas, una cafetera y una mesa para comer.
    El baño tiene una puerta para una total privacidad y tiene una ducha de tamaño completo.
    Hay una cubierta más grande disponible para su uso justo afuera de la puerta de entrada. El estacionamiento está ubicado en la propiedad y la iluminación con sensor de movimiento lo guía por la noche.
    El estudio está a media cuadra de la tienda de comestibles Lowe's Food y de varios restaurantes. Las bicicletas están disponibles para el viaje corto al centro de Morehead City para todos los excelentes restaurantes y bares. El área tiene una ubicación central para un corto trayecto en coche hasta la playa, Beaufort y las muchas otras atracciones de la zona.

Randy is a great host! The room is always clean and has everything you need for a great stay. It's in a great location near beaches and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I always look forward to my stay here!

Engagement Weekend

My Fiancé and I actually got engaged during our stay at this sweet little place. We LOVED staying here and will definitely have to come back and visit. The location is absolutely perfect. Short distance from Morehead and Atlantic Beach.

Just What I Needed

This is a perfect little studio apartment, very clean and quiet, and close to everything I enjoy about the area! There's a wonderful yard and deck to enjoy, and Randy is so helpful! I will definitely be back! Thank you for a lovely stay!

It was very nice, clean and quiet has just ab everything you need. Met the owner very nice guy and not an overtalker definitely would stay there again, my only complaint is the bed could be a little bit bigger if youre there with your significant other but otherwise perfect if youre there by yourself. I give the overall a 4.5 out of 5

Piney Park Circle

Randy is a great host. We arrived after a 13 hour drive and he gave us an excellent suggestion for a quick bite to eat. And for breakfast in the am. We had an issue with the TV and immediately after informing him he fixed the issue.The place was all we needed to rest after long days of househunting.

Randy was very helpful and offered several suggestions for favorite restaurants! Easy access to the unit. The unit was advertised as “sleeps 3” but only had a queen bed! Not a problem for us but it could be if someone had 3 travelers. Very nice towels and linens.

The owner was excellent. We didn’t get an email the day before letting us know about the check in process. I contacted him. He gave us the address and how to check in. The overall stay was great

Mildew smell

We checked in with no problem. Told them I was coming for my daughter wedding that weekend. The room smelled like Mildew and there was NO closet to hang clothes. Stayed one night and went to the hotel for the rest of the weekend! Would not recommend!

Great stay

It was as pictured. A very simple one room apartment. Very clean but a bit of a musty smell, it reminded me of my grandmas lake cottage. The bathroom was up to date and very clean. The bed comfy. If you are planning on doing a lot of cooking (I was not!) there’s only a microwave and a grill available outside. The location was private with a grocery store and breakfast spot a block away. We went to experience the Big Rock Fishing Tournament but also had time to explore the area. All was worth the trip!! We did not meet the host but he was very helpful when messaged.

Anniversary vacation with a few unplanned events made better by Randy.

Finding this gem was a total accident but was by far the best experience we have had. Randy was everything and more then what prior reviews stated he was. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Please check out his fruit trees out back, they have some of the best pears I’ve ever tasted. Even though our trip didn’t go according to plan we made the best of it and explored all the area had to offer. We never ran out of things to do and every evening when we came back Randy welcomed us and exchanged stories of different adventures. The room was perfect in size for a couple or a family with one child. Clean and efficient. Perfect location to stores and less then 5 mins to beautiful beaches and historic places to visit. You can’t go wrong staying here. We will be back!!!

Good place to return to.

This property suited my needs perfectly, as the location was central to everything I needed. The unit I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and having a nice private deck available was a plus. Randy, the property owner, couldn't have been anymore hospitable and even helped me with my boat. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect studio

The studio was just perfect for us. We were in the area for a competition. It was a great location and easy access to the venue. There were helpful tips about the area in the studio and it had all the things we needed to cook meals. Came with TP, paper towels, etc. so that was a pleasant surprise. WiFi worked great. Couldn't have asked for a better rental.
