"This hotel was one of my favorites when it was still the mandarin oriental. It just doesn’t have that same class and grace anymore. The staff are not well trained and everything takes an excessively long time. The food in the lounge was terrible. The cocktails were the same as a pub and lacked craft. Turn down service was completely skipped for me, so I had to call to get additional water and coffee pods. The tv’s do not have chromecast or app capabilities, leaving you with basic cable options....

"It started with wonderful front desk service super friendly and personable. This was followed by an actual studio apartment for a hotel space. I highly recommend this place."
