"So toilets are so low they are toddler height-do a deep knee bend to sit down. The tv is 50 channel selection of direct tv but only a few actually transmit -finally figured out on my 2nd day if you turn the tv off then on again you can get the channel to transmit video-otherwise it says it only transmits audio-so changing channels and getting video transmission meant turning it off and on. Third, the beds are very soft so no support-back was hurting after the first night and it was a challenge...

This was a bummer because it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel over another brand new one that was close by. Our child really loves to swim, so he was disappointed. "The A/C only worked intermittently. There was a mold smell in the room. And we were told breakfast was until 11 AM and when we went down to eat, they were taking things out of our hands to put away. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8 AM, 11:30 AM, and 9 AM, to ask when we were leaving, even though checkout was at 11 AM. Just Super Disappointed. BUT THE POOL WAS GREAT."
