"The front staff and dining help were very friendly and accommodating. I rated it poorly due to several things. Air conditioner not working, but staff was very accommodating in switching my room. The new rooms toilet BARELY flushed…had to hold down the handle and cheer it on. Went to shower…no towels, ..."

"Overall, we loved our stay! There were little things we noticed that we hope you can improve on. We would've liked more toiletries, towels, a wine cork screw opener (I had to purchase one on my own when it should've been provided after the price we ended up paying) and the hot tub needed to be hotter. ..."
