  • Newly renovated townhouse on two stories with a finished basement and roof top terrace. Great for large groups, families and bachelor parties.

    The house is located close to downtown Montreal (15 minutes drive) and right next to the lachine canal and its beautiful bike paths.

    Beautiful roof top terrace will give you a nice view of Mount Royal and the surroundings. Fully equipped with brand new sofas, table and barbecue.

    Large private parking lot in the back for multiple cars.

8 guys Stayed here for my buddies bachelor party gorgeous house very spacious. The host was very accommodating responded quickly to any questions i had. I recommend this house to anyone who is traveling to Montreal with a group of people.

Couldn't have asked for better

My bachelor party stayed here for a weekend and there were absolutely no complaints with this property from any of the 13 guests, it was perfect. Evgeny was amazing to communicate with and had very timely responses. Check-in was simple and the property was very clean. The main living area was awesome for our group to hang out in, and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Highly recommend this rental to any large groups, you won't be disappointed!

Space and Convenience

I love this place. I would definitely come back again. We each our own bed and "space" — we didn't feel like we were crowded. It was a short drive to downtown.

I went there with a bunch of my friends, perfect location and awesome home with everything you need. Host was very quick at responding as well.

Exactly as Advertised

The house was exactly as advertised. Evgeny was an excellant host. Communication was quick and easy. The house was very clean and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

Terrible stay and terrible host

Hands down the worst experience i ever had with a property host , extremely rude … weirdly watched over us all night and then tried to accuse our group of 8 of being 15 people . Called us and ordered us to leave the property with no refund … then proceeded to call the police who later on told him he was wrong , and allowed us to stay since we were very much within the rules. Before checkout property host came back and proceeded to tell us to f**k off , because we were still gathering our stuff to check out… which we have on video , finally the property was a safety hazard the brick layering on the walls on top of the chess board were unstable.. and ended up falling on one of the members of our groups head while he was playing a game of chess , we let the host know before checkout to which he reponded with zero care. Illegally attempted to throw our bags out the property and grabbed our stuff. Completely ruined our experience and would not recommend anyone to this place whatsoever.

Perfect House for Large Groups!

We had a wonderful experience at Evengy's home! The house was clean with more beds that we expected! Can easily fit large groups comfortably. Evengy was extremely responsive and helped us with all of our questions during the weekend. It is about 20-25 minutes from Old Montreal/downtown. Thanks you for a great stay, Evengy!

Great girls weekend

Nice place that was great for a girls weekend (5 ladies). Lots of space and pictures were exactly what the property looked like. Would definitely recommend.

Great house!

Great house, exactly as shown on the posting! Everything was clean the owner was very easy to communicate with and flexible on check in times etc. Only 15-20 min drive from most things in the Old Town, so very convenient too. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous House, Great Quality-Price!

We rented this house for a family gathering, with 2 families, 4 adults, two young adults (17 and 19) and two young children (4 and 6). The house is exactly as pictured, well supplied, functional, tastefully decorated and very comfortable - and super clean. The young adults could claim the basement (with separate bedroom, living room, TV, foosball table, bathroom). The rest of us could easily assign the 3 remaining bedrooms on the second floor. The view from the rooftop patio is not great, but the patio itself is beautiful with a large table and couches, and the overall ambiance and atmosphere easily make up for it and provide a great place to relax and have a drink. Two air conditioning units also provide a comfortable and flexible temperature in the house, which we greatly appreciated given the August heat wave when we were there. The pool table on the main level is a fabulous idea: while some people chat and/or cook in the kitchen, others can play a game or watch TV in the adjacent living room. Lots of sharp-edged stairs may not be suitable for very young children, unless you can ask for baby gates. No bathroom on the main floor means that you have to either go in the basement or 2nd floor. The gentrification of the neighbourhood is in progress, with some construction noise.

Great place for a big group

The place was perfect for my group of 13 guys. The beds are comfortable. The space is clean and everything seems brand new or recently renovated. The host, Evgeny, was also very responsive and suggested some good places to eat within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here.
