Nearby by all services (grocery, drugstore, McDonald, corner store, gaz station, best pizza in Mtl steps away at Coronel, 4 bus lines 300 meters away that lead direct to downtown or to a subway station in less than 10 minutes).

Parking on the street is available for free. During summer time you can access to `Les iles de Boucherville national park` using a water shutlle. The best bang for the buck around! Enfin, il y a aussi un Chevrolet Cruze Diesel haut de gamme à louer sur place au besoin!
Terrace available by the unit with. A bbq and one on top of the building 100 meters away (8510-8520 ontario). Accès by the back of the building.
