We take pride in providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel right at home in this charmingly decorated, professionally maintained unit. Our flat is equipped with one new mattress, a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, and a spacious bathroom. We also provide free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a welcome package with fresh coffee and treats.

You will be in the heart of Le Plateau, surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in Montreal. Whether you're looking for a cozy spot to relax or an exciting night out on the town, Le Plateau has it all just a few steps away. The flat is also just steps from the metro, making it easy to get to and from the airport, other neighborhoods, and downtown Montreal.

We have customer service available from 8am to 11pm daily to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible.

All guests receive Caprina fresh goat’s milk soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and sugar on arrival. If you need any extra items or services during your stay, just let us know - we're always happy to help.

Unit Access:
• Complete access to all areas of the apartment.

Parking Access:
• Parking in Montreal can be tricky. While we DO NOT PROVIDE a parking space, there are several public pay parking lots nearby. We suggest using the ClickNPark app to reserve parking in advance.

Transportation Access:
• TAXI: Uber is the most affordable and quickest way to get anywhere from the airport. Your driver will pick you up from the departure level.
• BUSES: Head to Mont-Royal Station to catch the orange line (7 min walk).

Other things to know:

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Please note we use a decibel-measuring device to protect against parties and rowdy groups.
