If you`re looking for a beautiful, comfortable apartment conveniently located in the heart of Montreal`s Plateau district, this unit is for you!

IMPORTANT: Apartments in this building are located on the first and second floor and there is no elevator. The first floor of the building is one level above street level.

All our apartments can be reserved instantly and include a customer support team available to answer your questions. Each of our apartments is equipped with linens and towels, high-speed wireless Internet, television, air conditioning, toiletries, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Our building is located on one of Montreal busiest streets. It is surrounded by amazing restaurants, shops, bars and nightclubs. In order for you to enjoy being in the heart of the city without the inconvenience of the outside noise, we have just installed brand new noise canceling windows in all of our bedrooms.

Located in the heart of downtown, it is very easy to get around in our neighborhood! Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Saint-Laurent Street also hosts the MURAL urban art festival, the most important of its kind in North America; the street becomes pedestrian and the effervescence is at its peak as muralists from around the world compete in talent and creativity to create their most beautiful creations.

The closest metro station to our building is Sherbrooke station - orange line (9 mins walk). We are also very close to the Berri-UQAM station - orange, green and yellow line (16 mins walk) which is very useful, as it allows you to take three different metro lines. In addition, there are many bus lines that pass through the neighborhood (30, 11, etc.) and we are next to the Berri Bus Station, Montreal`s main bus station (15 mins walk).

Additional Information:
- A security deposit of $200 will be charged to your credit card at the start of your stay and will be fully refunded after inspection at the end of your stay.

- Please note that Unique Stays uses a 3rd party (STRIPE) to process all online payments. The Stripe processing fee is 2.9% of the total amount paid + C$0.30 . When a reservation is eligible for a full refund, Unique Stays will reimburse the total amount MINUS the STRIPE processing fee (2.9% of the total amount paid + C$0.30) as these processing fees are not reimbursed to us.

Great location

The internet was a little glitchy and the stairs were quite steep but other than that the place was clean well provisioned and in a really great part of town with lots of restaurants and shopping right in the neighborhood

Great location and hosts in a lively neighborhood

We had a very good stay. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was also very central and the neighbourhood has lots of fun shops and good energy. We made the mistake of not figuring out parking ahead of time - so if we rent here again we’ll know better. The hosts are very responsive and friendly and checking in and out was simple.

Nice suite, but ohhh those stairs!

Suite was very nice, clean, and well equipped. We were warned about street noise being heard in the suite, but we heard practically none. The only downside was the long, narrow, and steep staircase to get to our upper floor suite. We struggled to get our luggage up and down them. Also, parking was far away. We parked in a underground parking lot at least a 10 minute walk away.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Le Plateau

Attractive apartment with comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. I was travelling with a chef so we really appreciated that. Great location close to downtown and with plenty to do and see locally too. 24 hour off-street parking close by which I recommend as street parking can be confusing to a non-local

The location was central and extremely walkable to many restaurants, shops, and the jazz Festival. Having close walkable parking to keep the car for all the days was great.

Excellent location for a Montreal trip

Spent 4 days in Montreal just for fun. This was a very nice, clean place to stay for our trip, and was very centrally located close to old Montreal. We could either walk or take a short uber to everywhere we wanted to see. The property manager was very detailed and quickly answered any questions we had. Highly recommended.
