Late check-out penalty: $50. Guests will be charged for any lost revenue due to late checkout.

No smoking of any kind

Registered guests only. No additional overnight guests without prior approval.

Extra cleaning fees may apply if checkout instructions are not followed

Please turn off lights, AC, and heating when exiting to help us remain eco-conscious

Stays longer than 28 days require one monthly cleaning service ($100, paid by guest)

No parties or unauthorized events. Evidence of a party will result in a fine of $500 or more, possible eviction without refund, and charges for damages or additional cleaning.

No drugs or firearms allowed on the property.

Good Neighbor Policy: This is one of three apartments in the building. Please respect neighbors at all times.

Quiet hours: Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9:00 PM. No unreasonable noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
