Accommodation: Comfort and Privacy for Families & Friends
Forget the constraints of holidays with others! Our authentic stone building has been custom-configured to accommodate large families or 3 couples of friends with 2 children each.

The distribution of the 6 bedrooms offers everyone their own space:
- 3 comfortable bedrooms with double beds for the parents.
- 2 bedrooms with two single beds each.
- 1 bedroom with bunk beds (the children's favourite haunt!).

The absolute highlight: each of the 6 bedrooms has its own private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). Even with 12 people, everyone keeps their privacy and no more queues in the morning or when they come back from the beach!

Summer freshness: Thanks to its very thick stone walls, the house benefits from natural air conditioning and keeps a pleasant coolness on the hot days of July and August.

Indoor Life
A large, friendly and fully equipped kitchen has been designed to cook with others: induction hob, large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, food processor and a quality coffee machine with bean grinder for your mornings. On the practical side, you will also have a washer-dryer. In case of capricious weather, our large and bright veranda will be the ideal place to meet, read or share one of the many board games available for all ages.

The Outdoors: Nature & Relaxation
- The Garden: A large space without vis-à-vis equipped with a large table under a pergola and a barbecue for your lunches and long summer evenings in the open air.�PGJyPg- The Farm: The cottage is located in the heart of our small traditional farm respectful of the environment. Your children will be delighted to rub shoulders with our animals (5 cows, sheep, 2 donkeys and a few geese) from afar in a quiet and safe bocage environment.

Nature activities: Many walks start directly from the cottage to discover the countryside. Only 2 km away, the superb Lake of Gurson awaits you with its supervised fine sandy beaches and its completely free water activities (safe swimming for children!).

🔹 Location & Tourism (Ideal for radiating)
Ideally located in the Périgord Pourpre, between the prestigious vineyards of Bergerac and Saint-Emilion:
- Historical show: We are only 20 minutes from the grandiose show of the Battle of Castillon (a very high quality summer historical re-enactment, a must for the whole family).
- Conviviality: Walk to "Le Jardin de Félicien" which organizes authentic and Cosy peasant aperitifs in summer.
- Excursions: Saint-Émilion, Bergerac and Bordeaux are 1 hour away, and the famous Lascaux caves are 1 hour 45 minutes away for a cultural day trip.

The property has a private parking lot for up to 6 vehicles.

🔹 Rules & Important Information
Summer stay: Only from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights minimum).

Pets: Not allowed for safety reasons Obvious information related to the animals on our farm.

Farm Safety: For safety and insurance reasons, access to our animals' pastures and pens is prohibited.

Zero Party: The gîte is a place of calm and rejuvenation, noisy parties or evenings are forbidden.

Included: To lighten your suitcases, sheets and towels are included in the price.

The little +: A gourmet welcome basket made up of products from our farm and local producers will be waiting for you on your arrival!
