"The bed was comfortable, however the bare floor was dirty, there was mold in the caulking around the tub and tub was dirty. Towels were at least clean. We purchased lysol spray cleaner, and cleaned the floors ourselves. My husband had a medical procedure done and we needed to stay one more night, after having already stayed 3 nights and they would allow us to stay 1 more night. "The bar is superb, and staffed by an exceptionally attentive staff. The level of hospitality offered here is truly exceptional. The hotel is built around a central atrium. It is quite calm and soothing to spend any amount of time in there. Throw in glass elevators that overlook the atrium, and a number of rooms with an interior view, and you've got an extraordinary experience waiting for you. "

"The hotel location was fine and the parking was safe and easy. There were many big events in the area during our stay and we understood why the room rate was so high. The hotel offered an expensive buffet breakfast that was only available if you ate it there. That was disappointing."
