Whether you just need some quiet time at the lake, or convenient accommodations after a great day of boating, skiing, fishing or just playing on the water, our home is an ideal place to stay! Accommodates up to 10 people with three bedrooms (the upstairs bedrooms are huge!)
*Three bedrooms with four queen sized beds plus additional portable beds as detailed below
*Two full bathrooms
*Full front porch with Adirondack chairs
*Full rear deck with table, chairs and gas grill
*Fully equipped kitchen – stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, Keurig, toaster, blender, utensils
*Ceramic tile in kitchen and baths, hardwood in the living room, and carpet in the bedrooms
*Dining seating for 10
*Lake view from front porch and master bedroom
*Air conditioned – separate upstairs and downstairs controls
*Large one car garage, parking for up to 5 cars off-street
*TV in living room with Live streaming service.
*32 inch TV with Bluray DVD player in both upstairs bedrooms
*Small TV’s in first floor bedroom

Housekeeping includes reasonable cleaning. Trash laying around, dishwasher not run, linens missing or excessively dirty will result in charges against deposit.

This was our third time staying at this home, and it has been nice every time we've stayed. It has little extras that aren't always seen in other places, which is convenient. We are thankful to be close to the marina where we store our boats while at the lake.

Clean, Accommodating Home

Conveniently located close to Beaver Creek Marina. When getting off the lake, it was great to have two full baths and w/d for getting ready for the next day. The fridge garage is a bonus, especially with the ice maker set up! This was our family’s second stay at this location and we plan to be back next month. Can’t beat the price of this well-maintained house and it’s great location!

Loved the location

Wonderful find

This was our second stay at this property and it was just as great as the first time. The location is ideal, just minutes to the Beaver Creek dock. The place was clean and well-equipped. It is so comfortable and homey. The owners are very thoughtful.

Beautiful Lake House

Incredibly clean and nicely decorated. This house has a true “at home” feel. Tereza was very accommodating and responsive. We will definitely stay there again. So close to the marina and the neighborhood was nice.

Lovely house great location! Property management was wonderful to work with. Very friendly and timely communications, they were committed to ensuring that our stay was outstanding...and it was! We will definitely be reserving this property for our next trip to Lake Cumberland.

Extremely well appointed house

We wanted for nothing while staying here. LARGE upstairs bedrooms, comfy beds, and pretty much all you might need in the kitchen were available. Extremely close to Beaver Creek marina. Even had to use some of the provided bandaids and flossers that were provided!

Our 2nd stay here!

This is the 2nd time that we have stayed at this property and it was even better than the 1st! The house is well stocked with everything that you need; with plenty of room for adults and teens to spread out. The back porch was my favorite morning spot and I appreciated how close it is to the marina. We'll be back next year again!
