Aspectos positivos: Limpieza
Good location, sparse furnishings, sketchy contract terms
The apartment was ok. Pretty spacious, but cheap furniture and fixtures. Clearly put together just for short-term rentals. Not well-appointed: no hand towels in kitchen, no lids on the trash cans where you're supposed to throw toilet paper, no paper towels. When we first checked in there was no hand soap and no bath mats. Location is pretty good. Near the metro which is really convenient and plenty of businesses around. We also liked the rooftop terrace, though the furniture could be more comfortable. Onsite security staff friendly and helpful. The worst part: we rented through Vrbo, but the place was listed by La Isla Vacations and managed by a local company. After we booked, La Isla sent us terms to sign. A little dubious. Then, after my payment was withdrawn, the local company sent us new terms to sign (via print, scan, and email)! You can't just change the contract after payment! Vrbo was no help. Then La Isla sent us more terms!
