We’ve stayed at several Best Western locations in different cities, and this property meets the usual standards in terms of room size, breakfast, and overall hardware. The location is convenient, and the basic amenities are fine.
However, the front desk service was extremely disappointing. They were not understaffed—there were always two young employees present, but they spent most of their time chatting and using their phones. We stayed for two nights, and the TV in our room didn’t work from the moment we checked in.
I called the front desk, but no one answered. When I went down in person, the receptionist simply wrote down a note and said someone would come to fix it. No one ever showed up. The second day, I reported it again, and again nothing happened. By the third time, I was very frustrated. The staff member finally told me to “just try switching the input source to HDMI” as if that were the standard solution. At that point, it was clear they had no intention of helping.
The lack of responsiveness and professionalism at the front desk overshadowed what could have been a decent stay. I hope management takes this seriously, because the service here does not match the Best Western experience we’ve had elsewhere.
