  • Located in Monterey Dunes Colony, a private gated community located between Santa Cruz & Monterey. Single story beach town house across the street from the clubhouse w/community pool and jacuzzi, tennis courts, bocce ball, volleyball, basketball, a putting green, and a driving cage. The home has high vaulted ceilings, many large picture windows & sliding doors to take advantage of panoramic views of the ocean and a direct path to the beach. Featuring a Big Green Egg BBQ (charcoal and fire starting bricks provided) . Association rules limit the occupancy to 6 persons. 2 night minimum (3 nights peak season).

Wonderful Thanksgiving by the Beach

Jeff and Pam are great hosts. Their beach house is a great place for families to gather and their kitchen is the best stocked of any we have experienced. We hope to return in future years.

Amazing!!

Gorgeous, well-stocked and super-comfortable home in a gated community! Fantastic views and stunning sunsets! Easy beach access via the boardwalk, just over a small dune. The owners made us feel so welcome, so nice and helpful! We look forward to visiting again!

We can’t wait to come back! The view was spectacular and the house was perfect. It had everything we could need to enjoy a week at the beach. The owners thought of everything. Being able to walk right to the beach was incredible. We can’t wait to visit again!

Heavenly Retreat

Location and privacy was so important to our group and this did not disappoint. Great kitchen space and a back door straight to the beach. Amazing scenery and the best weather we could ask for. Beautiful View!

Our family had a wonderful time at Jeff & Pam's beautiful place!! The ocean view was incredible and we loved hearing the sound of the waves. The recommendations from Jeff & Pam were very helpful & our kids loved the snacks that were left for guests. The short walk to the beach was a big highlight. This was one of our favorite places we have stayed at & we hope to visit again soon!

Fantastic property, we’ll furnished rental

Jeff and Pam’s place was a real find! Just a few steps to the beach, gorgeous kitchen, really nice furnishings and amenities. It worked out great for our group (which included a 2yo and a 70yo with limited mobility)

We were able to totally be at rest and allow the immersion in the soundscape of the ocean to hold us and nourish us. Jeff and Pam's place was most conducive for this and met our expectations. I'd return here in the future.

Beautiful home in quiet location

We greatly enjoyed a weekend away as a family. Something for everyone. Well-stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beach. Took full advantage of sand volleyball court, tennis, pool and hot tub. Loved the added touch of the provided binoculars to watch the many birds and dolphins! Sunsets on the back porch were perfect.

It’s a little piece of heaven! Loved the super updated house with every imaginable kitchen item! The spices, oils, snacks!!! And even popcorn! The hosts have thought of everything. The beach toys, chairs, gazillion towels, beach bag, and even flip flops were so handy with kids. Appreciated no stairs to beach! We spent a few days here (as we always do at Moss landing every year) and this is by far the loveliest! The kids appreciated the Disney channel and the big tv! We appreciate the black out curtains! We are going to be back!

Holiday Stay at the Beach

We loved our stay at Jeff and Pam's home in the Monterey Dunes Colony! The view was beautiful and the beach was just steps away. The large kitchen was fully stocked with spices, oils, coffee, appliances (blender, cuisinart, toaster, and slow cooker for example) and all the dishes and utensils one could possibly need. We enjoyed the closet with puzzles and games which also housed movies and beach toys and equipment for the various courts at the nearby clubhouse. We were able to kayak at Elkhorn Slough, visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel and Point Lobos and even volunteer for a day at Esalen from this perfect peaceful base.
