"Staff was unfriendly, not very helpful, room was dirty, the hotel had a very odd smell of rotten eggs, especially by the pool. REALLY BAD!! We also had to pay for going to the pool, which weren’t listed when we booked."

"Al nostro arrivo il personale gentile e veloce all'arrivo alla casa delusione totale, sporco, trascurato ma soprattutto con arrivo a tarda sera nn c'era nemmeno 1 rotolo di carta igienica....ed alle 22 non trovi nulla di aperto....asciugamani totalmente assenti.. per fortuna almeno le lenzuola c'erano. ..."
