*The home comfortably sleeps 8 guests, with space for up to 10 when including 2 additional children (12 years old and under).
*Our trusted driver offers customizable city exploration packages. These include unlimited driving and guided touring throughout your stay. Upon arrival, the driver will provide details of the package, and guests may choose to book and pay for this service directly if interested.
*Please kindly note that we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Due to time constraints for our dedicated staff across all service departments, this allows them the necessary time to prepare the home for each guest`s arrival.
*Private Chef On-Site – An experienced chef is included with your stay, preparing meals based on your preferences. A sample menu is available for inspiration and can be customized to include authentic Jamaican dishes or any personal requests. Meal times are flexible and tailored to your schedule.
*Pre-Stocking Service – Guests may request groceries to be pre-stocked prior to arrival. The cost is $50 per person, covering a one-day meal package (dinner on arrival, breakfast the next morning, and lunch). The villa covers this cost upfront, and guests reimburse upon arrival, along with the driver’s fee. Alternatively, guests may choose to shop on their own, with staff available to accompany them to local supermarkets if desired.
*Daily Housekeeping – Housekeepers reside in house and provide daily service, refreshing rooms, towels, toiletries, and rugs to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.
*On-Site Staff – Our team includes staff who reside in the home to provide attentive service and assistance whenever needed.
*Maintenance Support – In the unlikely event of any issues, guests may notify the butler or on-site team. Our staff will coordinate prompt assistance and do their best to resolve concerns as soon as possible.
