"Great small home base for two in Steamboat. The views really were excellent on the corner unit and we enjoyed reading with the shades open. There is a shared balcony so be ready to smile and wave as people walk by and wish they were staying here. Bonus was really tall shower heads. I'm 6'7" and didnt have to duck! The kitchen was complete with everything to make small meals for two. Lots of outlets and charging stations. Thanks for welcoming us well to Steamboat Springs!"

"Overall the location can’t be beat. The property van will give you a ride anywhere you want to go. The only downside is the unit is somewhat worn, the TVs never worked during our entire stay (even though they tried multiple times to “6“ them) ceiling fan in the living room never worked. The TV was a big deal as we had planned a Super Bowl get together with friends, and us with it never working weren’t able to do that."

You can walk the road but there is no shoulder and coming back up at night or with groceries is grueling even if you are in good shape and love to hike. "Great location. The walk to and from the gondola was not far at all like some of the reviews suggest. The bed is on the very soft side so it made it uncomfortable for 2 normal sized adults and there were only two pillows that would slide between the headboard. "Mi estancia fue terrible, las habitaciones están completamente sucias, huele mal, pelos de perro por todos lados, estuvimos en 5 habitación diferentes y en todas fue lo mismo. Decepcionante no vale la pena lo que pagas! No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. "
