"What an excellent property . The staff were friendly and welcoming . We really connected with a gentleman who exhibited excellent customer service . He would engage with us at the pool and morning breakfast ( which was tasty ). The pool facility and bar were perfect . I would visit again .

Leider war die Matratze etwas zu hart für unseren Geschmack und das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig . Die Fugen in der Dusche sollten mal wieder erneuert werden.
Für eine Nacht war es gut."

"We were staying in a villa, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. The two downstairs toilets didn’t work properly. And the first night we had to use the upstairs toilet. They repaired one and had to order a part for the second.
Wifi didn’t work downstairs.
Light bulbs needed replacing.
Then when we asked for a late check out, they wanted to charge us 50 euro!!!!
Property was nice , we were just disappointed that we had unnecessary inconvenience."

"I picked the hotel for the location. I was put up in room 209. The constant loud screeching noise of dinner chairs dragged around early morning from 6.30am and at night till 11pm was terribly annoying. The internet didn’t work either. I lost so many of my drafts coz of the spotty internet connection."

"The area was beautiful and the staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast buffet that was included was a beautiful area and lots of choice.
Our room was darker and more dated than I expected and the drapery that provided the privacy to our room was torn -the outside shutters only went halfway down as well. There were tiny little black type ants in the bathroom and by the front door inside - I am not certain if its just because it was a more tropical area and they all have this."
