In the heart of Provence, in Montauroux, one of the hilltop villages of the Fayence area, this 120 m² stone farmhouse offers a timeless escape. Inspired by Provençal bastides, it perfectly combines authentic charm and modern comfort to accommodate up to 4 people.
Ideal for holidays with family or friends, it is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden of around 1,000 m², with a private pool and open views over the surrounding hills. Here, life moves to the rhythm of the cicadas and soft evenings on the terrace.

The house is spread over two levels, designed as a true holiday home.

🛏️ Upstairs (sleeping area)
A master suite with king-size bed (180x200), private bathroom, large walk-in closet and office area overlooking the garden welcomes you in a soft and elegant atmosphere.
The second bedroom has two 90x200 beds, storage and a private shower room, ideal for children, friends or a second couple.
A separate toilet completes this floor.

🏠 On the ground floor
The main entrance opens onto a modern, fully equipped kitchen, then onto a bright dining room where you can gather around a large table.
The cosy living room, with wood-burning stove for winter evenings and reading corner, opens onto a covered terrace offering panoramic views of the garden and hills. It’s the perfect spot.
A separate toilet and a fully equipped laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer) complete this level.

Outside, everything is in place to fully experience Provence:
a private pool lined with sun loungers and parasols, a sunny terrace, a shaded dining area, and a landscaped garden where olive trees, laurels and Mediterranean plants create a soothing natural setting.
A private parking area for 3 vehicles is available within the property.

The villa is located just 5 minutes from the village of Montauroux, with its lanes, little squares and typical restaurants. You are in the heart of the nine hilltop villages of the Fayence area: Montauroux, Callian, Fayence, Tourrettes, Seillans, Mons, Tanneron, Bagnols-en-Forêt and Saint-Paul-en-Forêt.
Each has its own atmosphere: Provençal markets, artists’ studios, lively terraces, chapels, viewpoints over the Estérel and Lake Saint-Cassien… Plenty of outings to choose from, without ever getting bored.

In 30 minutes, you can reach Cannes city centre and its beaches, luxury shopping, the Croisette, seafront restaurants and water activities (diving, jet skiing, boat rental).
Nice airport is about 45 minutes away, with car rental available directly on site.

🛎️ GUEST ACCESS
Guests have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay: house, garden and pool.
Key handover takes place from 4 p.m. at the property address.

💶 ADDITIONAL FEES
Linen is provided for stays of 6 nights or more. For stays of less than 6 nights, linen is available as an optional extra at an additional cost, on request.
A security deposit in the form of a bank card pre-authorisation may be requested depending on the booking platform.
A payment link for the tourist tax may be requested depending on the booking platform.

To make your arrival easier, check-in is done online via a link that we will send you once the booking is confirmed.
You will then have access to a digital welcome booklet for the duration of your stay.
