One villa with two separate, fully-equipped apartments, it's perfect for family reunions with the grandparents, two families on vacation together, multiple couples, or large girlfriend getaways. Bask in the sun and shade on the 5+ patios or relax in the small, child-friendly plunge pool. Two kitchens plus an outdoor summer kitchen with grill, two dining rooms and two living rooms make group time a joy. Both kitchens are well-appointed and you'll find everything you need to cook full meals to entertain your friends and family.

The property is replete with spaces that allow you to sneak away for much needed 'me time', have a romantic tête-à-tête with your partner, or engage in unhurried conversations with a loved one. Roam the terraced gardens under the many aged olive trees (some as old as 600 years) and enjoy the flowers that are in bloom every month of the year.

Note: The top level apartment is ideal for seniors as two of the bedrooms as well as the kitchen, living, and dining rooms are at walk-in level when parking in the driveway. The bathroom features a walk-in shower.
