Your home away from home! Recently renovated and close to Ditch, Downs and Town!

Do you understand what it means to adore Montauk? If you know, you know! If you don't, then you should!

3 bedroom, 2 full bath house on a quiet, residential street, just a couple of minutes to surfer's paradise Ditch Plains beach, Gossman's Dock and Marina, kid-friendly Gin Beach (bay side), Montauk Downs Golf and all that the town has to offer.

Truly delightful house with brand new kitchen, baths, mudroom and deck.

Sleeps 8:
First floor has 1 bedroom with Queen bed, 1 bedroom with Full-Over-Full Bunk beds + extra Trundle (the perfect kid's room), and a Full Bath with walk-in Rain Shower.

Second floor holds Primary Bedroom with King bed and adjacent deck (perfect for morning coffee!), and an en-suite full bath with shower/tub combo. Enclosed Loft can be used as an extra sleeping space or office, as it holds a Twin daybed and desk/chair with pocket door and skylight-- a perfect nook to work from home.

Off the living room, a large Ipe deck overlooks the private backyard with outdoor shower, new Weber Grill, Solo Stove and Adirondack chairs, and literally everything you need for your beach vacation-- adult and kids bikes, scooters, surf, boogie and skim boards, beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, coolers and speakers.

House has dishwasher, washer/dryer in basement, Central A/C, 2 large screen televisions with Amazon/Apple TV and WiFi, towels, extra sheets, and basically anything you would have in your family home-- an ideal getaway for a pack-your-bags-and-go vacation!

Pets welcome with prior approval.

Sullivan House

We had a great stay. Hosts are accommodating and have lots of beach gear available for guests. The house is on a nice quiet block close to everything in Montauk. Very well appointed, with comfortable beds and nice back yard. Would recommend to anyone seeking some R&R in Montauk.

Family Montauk House

This house was great for two families. Big kitchen and outside dining and yard. Plenty of room for kids to play. Location close to beaches and town and other activities. The host was very responsive.

My family and I had an absolute amazing stay. The house is extremely comfortable, well maintained, and peaceful. The house has everything you could possibly need for a stay in Montauk. Gabrielle and Terrence were extremely gracious hosts and very kind. Can’t wait to come back again!

I would've given 10 stars if that were an option

Don't look elsewhere if you plan to have a relaxing family time. In three words, the house is CLEAN, CONVENIENT, and AMAZING! The hosts are beyond accommodating. This is the only place to which I would return in Montauk.

Perfect Montauk getaway!

We had the best time staying at this property. The house is conveniently located to beaches, the lake and restaurants. We also had a great time grilling and cooking at home. The house had excellent linens, towels and all the beach supplies you need. Great experience, would definitely come back next year!

Perfect Week in Montauk

We had an amazing time at the Sullivan’s beautifully updated and clean house! Easy access to the beach and Dock area! Nice deck for hanging out on and plenty of space for us and the 3 kiddos! Would love to come back! Thank you for a perfect week!

Endless summer

Perfect Stay in Montauk!

We had a perfect stay at Gabrielle’s home in Montauk! This was perfect for my group and was well equipped with everything we needed for the week, including lots of cooking and kitchen appliances, beach chairs & plenty of towels. We enjoyed the outdoor area to eat, as well as the fire pit for nighttime. Would definitely love to return back here!

Great time at a great place!

We loved the location and privacy of the house. The house is modern and comfortable and provided everything you could need or want. The backyard and deck were great. We had a few meals outside and sitting around the fire pit was fun! The outdoor shower was a huge help after the beach. Amazing beach supplies were available for use and the beach pass was key to explore a few different ones. It's hard to not have a good time in Montauk but staying in a house like this makes it super easy. We'd love to return!
