Newly renovated. Featuring four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - including a large and soothing master en-suite, two large decks, out-door shower, central AC and private beach rights. The open floor plan is sunny and bright with cool ocean breezes, and underscores the casual and relaxing feel of the house. Glass windows and sliding doors invite you out to one of the two large decks making this an ideal home for outdoor living and entertaining. The outdoor grill is directly fed with propane gas via a dedicated line.

Beautiful Hither-Hills beach is just a few minutes walk away, and less if you take your bike or car to one of the Beach's private parking area. Conveniently located with both the town's dining and entertainment offerings as well as an exclusive spa facility just a few minutes drive away. Your idyllic summer awaits you in this charming home.

Amazing stay!

We had the best time and will definitely be back again. Patrick was easy to communicate with and left very detailed instructions which was super helpful. House was gorgeous and only a quick walk to the beach! 10/10 would recommend!

My families stay at this home could not have went better. The host accommodated my request of early arrival AND the house was cleaned spotless. The location and access to the coveted private hither hills beaches was A++. Beds were so comfortable, and the space was great for 7 adults. We hope to return in summers to come!! One of the best stays we’ve had in Montauk in 20+ years

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Montauk. The house was even better than the photos! Huge balcony/deck with outdoor couches and tables was perfect for our evening dinners and cocktails. House was very clean and well stocked as well. Will stay again when visiting montauk! Cheers!

Family gathering

Perfect for our family of six adults. Renovations were tastefully done with high end appliances. Very comfortable for all with short walk and easy access to the beach. Ideal location with close proximity to town and for weddings held at Gurneys Ocean Resort and/or Gurneys Star Resort.
