"What a wonderful gem we found in a far away place! We absolutely loved the rustic but comfortable layout of the property. The cabin we stayed in was cozy and had a bathroom with shower. The general store had anything we needed and we enjoyed having dinner and a drink in the onsite restaurant/bar. Plenty of activities to do including games, hiking, movies and nearby hot springs! We are looking forward to our next stay!"

" Scenic Location with Some Housekeeping Issues During our recent stay at Crooked Creek, we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and friendly staff. However, there were a couple of issues. First, the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all during our 4 day visit, and secondly, it took a request to get fresh towels and have the trash removed from our cabin. Despite these minor inconveniences, I still recommend Crooked Creek for its picturesque setting and welcoming atmosphere."

"The staff at the front desk amazing. Helped us change rooms because I made the mistake of our first room was upstairs. The staff changed our rooms right away and the second room was just as clean, and wonderful as the first. I was very disappointed with the staffing the restaurant. Not very busy. Went early to miss the rush at 6ish. Was told to find any table. We sat and waited and waited and waited. No one approached us at all for anything. No menu, no water, nothing. We left. Very...

"El hotel es muy bonito y esta en excelente ubicación a tan solo 5 min del centro de banff, las instalaciones son lindas pero las habitaciones les hace falta mucho mantenimiento, estan viejos y los muebles necesitan cambiarlos por que ya estan deteriorados. Le doy un 7 de calificación"

"We liked the property very much, maybe the best thing was the very attentive staff. Although the hotel was on the last days of renovations (we understood before we stayed there were services not available at the moment there but open at sister properties) there was no noise or dust. The rooms were very nice, comfortable, good amenities. Couldn´t get any TV channels though. It is not so close to town, but it is a 10 minute walk (on the other hand quieter)."

"Superaron las expectativas, nuestra estancia era corta pero el personal fue muy amable incluso con preparar bolsas de desayuno por check in temprano, cuenta con estación de café / te , palomitas, galletas como cortesia para sus huespedes ubicada en una bonita sala para estar. Habitación amplia limpia y ordena. Parqueo es un centro comercial"

"Excelente ubicación, excelente atención, es parada de los autobuses para los resortes de ski, te ofrecen pases gratis para el transporte público, la piscina caliente está padre y tiene el plus de tener sauna. El lobby es bonito y las habitaciones un poco antiguas pero los amanetis del baño están increibles"
