"Excelente hotel, con unas instalaciones muy buenas y la gente muy amable y profesional. En lo menos positivo (no diria que es algo negativo), deberian de cambiar algo en el menu del restaurante de un dia para otro, o tener un poco mas de variedad."

El unico problema que tuve fue con una lampara del cuarto que no funcionaba y nunca la repararon, a pesar de haber haber solicitado esto 3 veces. "The Hotel Tanne is a remarkable escape. The room was gorgeous, with beautiful views, and positioned within a breathtaking courtyard. The food was authentic and delicious. But the most striking aspect is the staff. Our first visit to Bansko, with very rudimentary Bulgarian language skills, the staff nevertheless met our every question and need with a smile and a helpful answer. This place deserves more stars than I am allowed to give."
