"The overall experience is great! The cleanliness of the hotel room is guaranteed as Dorsett Kai Tak was opened in Aug 2024. I like the infinity pool the most as you can enjoy the sunset view. The only disadvantage is that the hotel should improve the quality of the breakfast."

"Très bon hôtel 4,étoiles situé à deux pas du métro au cœur de Kowloon avec tout le confort requis. Le seul problème résidait dans la presence de punaise de lit difficile à déceler en arrivant qui ont gâche le séjour en occasionnant de nombreuses piqures sur les jambes. Ce genre de problème n’est malheureusement pas propre à un hôtel 4 étoiles et devient de plus en plus fréquent malgré un nettoyage minutieux "

"Don’t hesitate to stay at this hotel! Perfect location with conveniently attached train station alongside the shopping mall to the hotel. Rooftop pool and gym is also a plus. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is gorgeous. "

"The staff were excellent. Every one spoke good English as well is was helpful with any request I had. Property was clean room was large and the Shower was probably the best out there! "

"Was glad to make it to the hotel close to midnight on check in day as the city was affected by adverse weather with many flights cancelled. Had a pleasant surprise from the hotel with a room upgrade during check in. With the hotel conveniently located next to Langham Place mall and Mong Kok mtr station, we sheltered from the wet and windy conditions outside and no lacking of food choices with the many restaurants available. The room was well kept and clean though a bit dated with the decor...

"New hotel, that was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful! The location is interesting, but in a good spot despite being surrounded by auto garages that are doing repairs on various vehicles, but it doesnt impact the experience at staying at the hotel"

"環境寧靜，房間乾淨舒適。鄰近九龍公共圖書館，是適合用作辦公或溫習的好地方。住宿位置在半山坡上，如果旅客乘搭公共交通工具在附近下車，步行至住宿地點會比較不方便，因為帶著行李上斜坡會比較辛苦，而且住宿位置距離地鐵站有一定距離。"

"The studio room was spacious, the staff were nice. Check in was easy. The hotel is close and walkable to a lot of places. "

"Wonderful stay in Hilton. Complimentary house wine for my wife’s birthday. Easy to get around to the local eateries and tourist spot (Langham Place). We checked in after 12am and still have eateries operating. A bit walking (10 to 15 mins) to YauMaTei and Mongkok as the hotel is located in between these 2 MTR. But not a problem for us as we like walking around to feel the local lifestyle. Overall it’s a great stay for us. "

"Overall a great stay. The staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. Shoutout to the kind cleaning lady who helped us plan our trip to Man Mo Miu! The only thing they can improve upon is by making all facilities available 24/7. For example, no one answers the housekeeping/reception phone lines after 10pm and the cafe/restaurant downstairs closes at night so it's difficult to get all day in-room service (so plan accordingly!). The location is also in a very quiet neighborhood and about 5-10...
