A spacious and modern apartment of approximately 128 square meters spread over three levels, located in a historic building, that can accommodate up to 4 people! The apartment is strategically located, as the main tourist attractions—such as the city walls, the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, and Rocca degli Alberi—are just a few minutes’ walk away.<br><br><br><br>If you’re traveling by car, you can park for free on-site; the property has two outdoor parking spaces.<br><br><br><br>The approximately 128-square-meter apartment, spread over three levels, does NOT have an elevator.<br><br><br><br>The interior layout is as follows:<br><br><br><br>GROUND FLOOR:<br><br>-PATIO furnished with a small table and chairs;<br><br><br><br>FIRST FLOOR:<br><br>-BEDROOM with a double bed, TV, closet, and dresser;<br><br>-LIVING ROOM with two sofas, TV, and a dining table with chairs;<br><br>-KITCHENETTE with induction cooktop, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, moka pot, electric kettle, oven and microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;<br><br>-BATHROOM with shower stall, bidet, and toilet;<br><br>-STORAGE ROOM;<br><br><br><br>SECOND FLOOR:<br><br>-BEDROOM with double bed, TV, closet, dresser, and bathroom;<br><br>-EN-SUITE BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, and toilet;<br><br><br><br>ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning, independent heating, washing machine, soundproof windows, hot water, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hair dryer, washer and dryer.<br><br><br><br>PLEASE NOTE: The accommodations are spread over three levels.
