Welcome to our cozy 1-bedroom ground-floor condo located in the Versant Soleil residence, offering direct ski-in/ski-out access. Ideal for a romantic getaway, small family, or friends’ trip (up to 4 guests), this condo combines comfort, style, and convenience for an unforgettable stay in Mont-Tremblant.

We would like to point out that building work is currently underway near the residence. The noise can therefore be heard outside the apartment and in the pool and spa areas. Please note that the noise is not a nuisance inside the apartment.

Additionally, the pool will be closed on rainy days and whenever the outdoor temperature is below 15°C (59°F).

TREMBlANT SHUTTLE
Free shuttle service runs every 30 minutes between the Casino and Tremblant Village. No car is needed, as local transportation is free.

Whether you are here to ski, explore nature, or simply relax, this condo offers the perfect balance of comfort, location, and convenience for your Mont-Tremblant stay.
- Minimum age required to reserve is 21 years old with proof of ID
- Smoking is prohibited in any area of the appartement, specifically inside and outside, including entrance, and common areas.
- No pets are allowed on the premises
- access card for : pool / spa / parking is 200$ fees automatically charged on the reservation if the card is lost .
- No parties, no events aloud no noise after 11 pm
- The number of guests must not exceed reservation.
- This regulation applies to you as well as your guests and / or visitors.

If this norm is not respected, these are the consequences:

1. You will be automatically charged a $ 500 fine.
2. You and your companions will be invited to leave the apartment without any right to reimbursement.

-Please do not use towels nor any other linens in the unit to remove make-up or clean other substances (If towels and bed sheets are stained you will be automatically changed to replace them )
- It is important to respect the neighbours by respecting all our rules as you have agreed before booking with us.

-Please it is very important to leave both parking stickers hanging on the hooks located to the right of the door upon your departure. If you lose or forget a sticker, fees will be charged

Check out 11:00 am the day of your departure , It is important not to have the cleaning wait outside extra fees will apply if they wait.
