Villa Dama is a cosy two-storey chalet located 2 minutes walking distance from Crystal Beach, near bars and restaurants, on a very quiet street leading to the sea. In front of the house there is a shaded terrace and a swimming pool. The garden has lawn, fruit trees and flowers. Under the shade of the palm trees are the garden furniture.



The property consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 terraces.

On the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen, dining room and living room fully equipped with access to a small covered terrace and equipped with a barbecue, an additional refrigerator and a kitchen table with a sink.



At the next level there is a children's bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom and a guest bedroom with a double bed of 180 x 200 cm. This bedroom opens onto a terrace - balcony with views of the pool and garden.



The second floor has a master bedroom and the bathroom. The bed is 180 x 200 cm. The master bedroom has access to an outdoor terrace with sea views. The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms.



The famous beach - Playa Cristal, is located less than 5 minutes walking. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the feeling that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. Here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well maintained and there are several different areas for different ages. In addition, Playa Cristal has a beautiful seafront promenade with restaurants and bars and beach bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade connects with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with many excellent restaurants and bars.

As it is a family tourism area, bookings for groups of young people are not accepted.

No noise can be made from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
