This spectacular masía is designed to comfortably accommodate large groups, combining spacious communal areas for everyone to enjoy together with multiple bedrooms that provide privacy and independence.

The social heart of the house, designed for gathering and enjoying time together:

· Two separate living rooms, allowing different atmospheres to be created.
· Fully equipped semi-industrial kitchen, with complete crockery and kitchenware for 31 people.
· Two guest toilets.
· Bedroom with one double bed and a private bathroom with shower (possibility of adding 2 extra beds).
Upper Floor
A floor dedicated to rest, with multiple configurations to accommodate different group sizes:
· Additional living room, ideal as a relaxation area.

Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and terrace (possibility of adding 2 extra beds).
Bedroom with 3 single beds, bathroom with bathtub and access to a terrace (possibility of adding 1 extra bed).
Bedroom with 3 single beds, one bunk bed, bathroom with shower and terrace (possibility of adding 1 extra bed).
Every room has been designed to provide comfort, natural light and a connection with the outdoors.

Bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathtub integrated into the bedroom and a private toilet.

Extras (Not Included in the Price)
Available upon request:
Final cleaning: €425 (up to 25 hours of work). Mandatory (guests may carry out the cleaning themselves or book the service).
Bed linen and bath towels: €15 (up to 2 nights) / €20 (more than 2 nights), per person. The use of bed linen is mandatory; guests may bring their own or rent it.
· Beach towels: €5 per person.
Pets: €40 per stay and per pet.
Extra beds: the reservation can be adjusted at a later date if the exact number of guests is not yet known (minimum 22 guests).
Extras that are not booked at the time of reservation can be requested later and paid for in cash when the keys are handed over.
House Rules
Compliance with the following rules is mandatory:
· Leave the property clean and tidy upon departure.
· The use of bed linen is mandatory.
· Dispose of rubbish in the outdoor containers provided and recycle correctly.
· Outdoor noise hours: from 10:00 to 23:00.
· Leaving rubbish outside is prohibited.
· Shower before using the swimming pool.
· Only charcoal may be used in the barbecue.
· Pets must be declared in advance.
· Charging electric vehicles is prohibited.
· Use the property, utilities and surroundings responsibly.
· Access to the roof is prohibited.
· Report any damage or breakages.
· Smoking indoors is prohibited.
· Respect the number of guests stated in the reservation.
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in financial penalties and/or eviction from the property.
Payments Upon Arrival
At check-in, the following must be paid:
Tourist tax: €1.75 per person/night (from 16 years old) – Cash only.
Any outstanding extras – Cash only.
Remaining rental balance (if applicable) – Cash only.
Security deposit: €700 – Card payment only.
The security deposit will be returned approximately 7 days after departure, following an inspection of the property. In the event of damage, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit or the difference will be requested.
