"The pictures posted at Hotels.com is totally different from the real or actual picture of the resort. The bridge is collapsed, no water in the swimming pool, no power or electricity, no backup power, limited food, rooms not well maintained, rooms not safe, jacuzzi is rusted, overall rate: worst hotel or resort. We can’t cancel our stay, we just left and get a new hotel to stay. Club Tara should not be operated and should be reported to Tourism or city because it’s really unsafe. Hopefully I...

"Hadde et fint opphold her. Vennlig personale. Felles kjøkken med vann dispenser. Kun et kjøleskap som alle må dele på. Ikke mulig å tørke klær på rommet. Mulighet for å tørke klær i felles området. Kort vei til uteliv/barer i General luna. Stille Nabolag da det ikke er Asfalt på veien utenfor. Er ikke generator her, så hvis strømmen går er du uten strøm og wifi. Var her en uke. Det var litt lenge i siargao hvis en ikke surfer eller gjør annet."

"The staff and level of service was 5 star. I certainly appreciated the extra care and personalized attention which ran from the moment we arrived to the departure 5 days later. Undoubtedly the cozy setting, away from the busy tourist area makes this property a go-to for future visits."

"Even though the property has its share of being ran down over the years, it was clean and comfortable enough, with nice pool and strong water pressure for showering. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The owners (Jason & wife) were courteous and friendly, as they introduced themselves and gave us a background on how their resort business started. Remember, you will not be in a five star hotel, but you should just make the best of it. I still recommend this place for adventurers."

"The property, as described is a bit far from the hustle and bustle of Gen Luna. I enjoyed the quiet time and how accessible it still is from everywhere. Breakfast was ok, I was expecting something more as I read from the reviews. Room was spacious for 2 pax and it also has a balcony overlooking the ocean. "It’s quiet, staff are ok; the only thing I did not like about the property is check time which is 11am, 10:45am a staff rang the bell and reminded me that I have to check out at 11am which I knew, it seems like they want to get me out of the room quick so that they can get it ready for the next guest which I understand. They should have wait until 11am before they tell the guest that it’s check out time. Other than that I’m ok with the facility "

"We had a very nice stay. Their staff is their main bloodline as they were nice and accomodating to our needs. Communicative and responsive. The place itself is tucked a lil behind the main road and its quiet and clean. Location is perfect as it sits in the middle of it all. "

"Cozy comfortable clean cottage. The OCEAN and Sunrise view is amazing! The lounge chairs facing the ocean were very relaxing. Staff service was excellent with quick response. "

"Great place!! There were some renovations and building happening during my stay but it was still quite nice, comfortable, rooms were super clean and cozy. Staff were super hospitable! The only issue was the drainage in the bathroom, the floor isn’t on a tilt so the water stayed level and wouldnt go to the drain properly. But everything else was 10/10"
