Villa Mortella Grande is a welcoming two-story villa in a quiet position, in the Marche countryside. It sleeps 28 people. From Villa Mortella Grande you will have a lovely view of the garden and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Mortella Grande is 600 square meters (6460 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, underfloor cooling (effect similar to air conditioning), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 10 km (6.2 miles) from Jesi, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store and the bus stop at 2.1 km (roughly 1.3 miles) and the closest beach (Marzocca beach) at 13 km (roughly 8 miles). You will reach Villa Mortella Grande from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Mortella Grande you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6.5 meters (21 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, up to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the Marche hills and of the greenery. The pool is open from mid-May until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue, as well as a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the patio you will enjoy a view of the greenery and of the surrounding hills.
Garden
The garden is 3500 square meters (37700 square feet). It is partly shaded by a gazebo and by tall trees. The garden is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs and deck chairs.
